â–Ś About Me

My heart has always been drawn toward helping others feel seen, safe, and supported—especially those who’ve been misunderstood or left out. I’m deeply passionate about growth, healing, and finding peace in the messy middle of life. I’ve spent years in the field of support services, working with individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and systemic challenges.

Roots of Change was born out of the belief that we don’t need to have everything figured out in order to take the next step. Healing is not linear—and neither is growth. Through shared stories, grounded reflection, and intentional tools, I want to walk alongside you wherever you are.

â–Ś Experience & Background

The heart behind Roots of Change is deeply rooted in years of hands-on experience supporting others through life’s transitions. While I’m no longer offering direct services in these areas, each chapter of my journey helped shape the compassionate, grounded approach I bring today.
